This comprehensive 3-part swimming clinic consists of three key components: dryland training, sequential stroke development, and video analysis. Participants will learn fundamental techniques to move efficiently through water while developing proper form and relaxation. The program benefits both novice and advanced swimmers who can swim 25 meters confidently without stopping.
