Tara's athletic pursuits extend beyond triathlon and include ultra-running and rock climbing. She has competed in 50 km and 50-mile trail races, has run the Grand Canyon RIM to RIM to RIM, has hiked the Dolomites, and was the first solo competitor (dubbed "Dóxawoman") in the Dóxa Threelay event.
In 2016, Tara overcame a significant setback when she broke her femur during the Ultraman World Championship. After surgery and a year of rehabilitation, she made a remarkable comeback to win the Ultraman World Championship in 2018 and then won it again in 2019.
Beyond her competitive achievements, Tara is passionate about coaching and empowering other athletes. She delivers personalized coaching programs, combining her extensive racing and training experience with scientific principles.
Despite all her athletic accomplishments, Tara considers her 12-year-old daughter Maya her proudest achievement.

She also has NCCP in-training status as both a triathlon community coach and a swimming fundamentals coach. Her coaching practices are data-driven and science-based, emphasizing safety, heart-rate-based training, and a trauma-informed approach.
Jenn's recent triathlon accomplishments include qualifying for the 2025 World Triathlon Championships and securing podium finishes in various competitions. Her personality is characterized by curiosity, empathy, adaptability, and drive. Above all, she values truth as her guiding principle.

Nic is a former professional triathlete and has a bachelor's degree in physical and health education from the University of Toronto. As a trained NCCP triathlon community coach, Nic has been coaching runners, cyclists, and multisport athletes for 15 years.
Originally a basketball player, Nic attended U of T to play varsity ball but discovered triathlon along the way so ended up playing both basketball and running varsity track and cross country in an effort to develop her triathlon aims. She was part of an all-star Ontario University Athletics and Canadian Interuniversity Sports Gold XC Team. With a 5km PB of 17:10, Nicole clearly has the speed to match her ultra-endurance resumé which includes 15 iron distance races and as many half irons.
As a super cyclist, Nic understands how to power a bike, but as an inventor and entrepreneur, Nic engineers speed. She has spent the last 10 years developing race wheels and a bike frame, set to launch in 2021. Nic is also highly sought after for her carbon repairs.
Above all else, Nic’s passion for seeing her athletes and fellow competitors succeed is genuine and palpable and her commitment to sport as a way of life, ever-inspiring.
